Tabarez names Uruguay World Cup squad

Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez has declared a list of 25-man provisional squad for the FIFA World Cup to be held in Brazil next month.

Total 4 Premier League stars are there in the World cup Uruguay team. Star strikers Luis Suarez is one of them. The Liverpool striker is joined by West Brom's Diego Lugano, Anfield outcast Sebastian Coates and Southampton midfielder Gaston Ramirez. The final 23 man squad for Brazil World Cup 2014 will be declared first week of next month.

Uruguay will play their first World Cup match against England in Sao Paulo on June 19 in the second match in Group D. The other nations included in Group D are-  Costa Rica and Italy. Click Here to check the full World Cup Schedule.

Suarez scored 31 Premier League goals for Liverpool this season while Paris Saint-Germain`s Cavani netted 16 times in Ligue 1. Player of the 2010 World Cup, Forlan has also been in prolific goalscoring form since joining Japan`s Cerezo Osaka in January.
